Puffy, Fur, Vintage – those three words pretty much sum it up.
This is a weird outfit for me. When I was planning my outfits before the photoshoot, I randomly chucked this on. My motive? I’ve been trying to style this puffer vest for a while now… unsuccessfully. And, of course, these shoes – need I say more? Love ’em. So, this number was born! It’s a great casual oufit and works well in these transitioning months. It’s a rather autumnal outfit, even though, here in NZ, we’re well into spring. So, what think you of this outfit? Works well for an outside bbq, or coffee date. Secretly, I haven’t worn this outfit out yet (ok, now it’s not so secret)… still not sure if I’m sold on it. Love the shoes though. 😀
Look at the long hair people! It’s coming along quite nicely… still trying to work out some good hairstyles. Perhaps I’ll share my attempts up here on the blog…
I was trying to listen to Katy Perry’s new album just now. Gosh, I can’t even listen to it and write at the same time!!! I started playing about six of her songs – *drum* *bang* boom*… too much repetitous beat… too much. I’m sorry, I just can’t. I feel like I left my last post on a similar note, sorry bout that. Anyway, have a look at this slightly grunge outfit! Tell me what you think??? Different for me, but I know that some of you will be pleased that I’m styling denim a bit more, yeah?
Motorbikes rule!! Can’t you just see me riding one of these things, part of a gang, hair flying, leather jacket on, hurtling down the highway….???? Yeah… me neither.
Wednesday = the glass is half full, peeps!

love, Love, LOVE the heels. 🙂
Cannot believe that you only payed $7 for them.
I can hardly believe it myself! High-five to second-hand clothing sales! 😉
ESTHER!!!! Love this look on you! It’s great seeing different styles of dress coming through on your blog (something for everyone) but I also love how you put you love of vintage into your outfits in some way, making it your own. It’s interesting to see that we can try a different style to our usual looks but still put our own spin on it with something that personalizes it for us. So inspiring, I’ve stopped shopping so much and started seeing what I have already and putting it with pieces and colours that I haven’t had the confidence to wear out before. Great job Esther 🙂
Awesome Hayley, I’m so glad that this is inspiring you! Thanks my faithful reader 🙂 x
Very different outfit for you, Ess! I like!
I’m afriad you wouldn’t want too much hair flying behind you as you ride your motorbike down the highway…. Helmets and all that, y’know. 🙂
Thanks Anna! 🙂 Haha, and also I don’t really have that much hair to fly out behind me anyway 😉 x
